Performance Based Commercial Roofing, Polyurethane Foam and Elastomeric Coating Contractor

What are Elastomeric Roof Coatings?

Elastomeric roof coatings are fluid-applied and have elastic properties that can stretch in the heat and then shrink in the cold without damage. The systems are very effective in solving roofing problems and are used for virtually all types of roofs.

Elastomeric roof coatings provide a cost effective, sustainable alternative to traditional roofs that require expensive and disruptive tear-off replacement. They dramatically increase and extend the service life of single ply, concrete, metal, built-up and modified bitumen membranes.

Considered a "cool" roof, elastomeric coatings contain polymeric materials and a white pigment to make them opaque and reflective, thus dramatically lowering heat absorbtion and increasing energy efficiency.
